That endo makes mental health conditions way worse? I guess it's like this with lots of chronic conditions but I find that it's made my anxiety increase tenfold since I've been diagnosed... I have moments where I think I can take on the world and achieve whatever I want to and there are moments where I don't know if I'll ever leave my house again...
Anyone else feel the same?
(I'm not taking any meds for my endo or for anxiety BTW).

Yes defo. Endo is associated with anxiety. My anxiety is sky high when I have a flare up or what I call 'silent pain', ie there's pressure put on the organs in my tummy but no pain as such, so I kinda feel unwell but don't realise it at the time. My mood changes, I don't realise it but others around me do, unfortunately! It's only afterwards when the pain comes on, it can be a few hours later, that I realise. I am a bit wiser now, but I must have been like this for years as I was only diagnosed last year and left to cope with it, ie no meds. I also unfortunately reacted to strong painkillers, pregabalin. I try to avoid stress as much as possible otherwise I feel dizzy, then the tummy pains start so I don't have too much choice. I take herbal remedy like Rhodiola that decreases the anxiety and also CBD that makes me calmer and helps a bit with the pain, it doesn't stop it. Also magnesium (it's an anti anxiety /stress) , vitamin D and I don't eat foods that make me ill, such as gluten, dairy, soya, caffeine (is a big No No for anxiety) , chocolate, dry beans. It works for me, everyone is different and we adapt to whatever works for us. Good luck. 😊
