Hi guys, I hope you can help!

So I started having increased lower abdo pain for past 18months, painful periods however relatively light flow lasting a day or so. Initially was told it was ibs. Whilst I think that I have this I don’t feel it was the cause of my pain. It almost feels like my ovary it throbbing and going to explode. The gp was reluctant to listen to me. And I paid for a private internal scan. This showed pcos. The go said that wasn’t the cause of pain but after some insisting from me they referred me to gynae+bloods. Long story short I had 3months zolodex. Was refused laposcopy. My follow appt=med was inconclusive and I’ve being referred to gastroenterology. As well as a cystoscopy. Thing is I’m confused and feel I’m even less sure of what I have. I finished zolodex in May this year. I’ve had really bad period pain for the last two/three weeks like I’m going to come on but nothing. Just really confused and frustrated. P.s sorry it was so long
