Hormonal tears

Tonight I let myself cry hysterically like I haven’t in months and I blamed recent break ups/dating/loneliness until I remembered:

1) I haven’t cried like this in months

2) I also cried at glee earlier because they won something (it wasn’t even the main part 😂)

So I came to the conclusion these are hormonal tears. I’ve been have three week long heavy periods for months now and I am waiting to get my coil removed. Unfortunately they lost the strings so I have to wait for an appointment at a specialist clinic.

How can I deal with the hormonal mood swings until then?
