Weird body tingling/shivers weeks after lap surgery. Nerve related?

I've been experiencing the weirdest body tingling/shiver since my lap 6 weeks ago. It happened frequently in the weeks after and now it happens occasionally but it still freaks me out a bit.

It's hard to describe but it's like intense goosebumps throughout my whole body. It feels like my skin is prickling but there is no visible goosebumps and my hair isn't standing on end. I get that chill feeling during it and once it ends i get a cold shiver. It feels like it's an internal thing throughout my whole body and also lasts way longer than typical goosebumps. My body tends to freeze up a bit when it happens and then when it has finished i can feel a bit of throbbing in my pelvic area (where i was operated most on). It happens randomly and I've never experienced this before!

I've also been having problems with bad nerve pain so I don't know If it's related to that or could it be hormone related? I have also been experiencing side effects from Visanne. I have no idea what is related to what and I am truly confused.

I need to make an appointment with my GP soon for more scripts, and discuss side effects from Visanne. I'm tempted to mention this weird tingling thing too but I don't want it to be dismissed as nothing or just in my head.

Has anyone experienced this too?
