popping feeling

Hi, I have woke up today with my usual pain but this time i can feel a lot of 'popping' going on inside and its constant. The pain isn't any worse its just a funny sensation. Has anyone else had this or know what it could be?

I’ve never had those sensations before but could it be trapped wind or cysts popping inside of you?

Hi, Yes i was thinking trapped wind, but it's just with it being around my left ovary and it felt a bit funny.

If it carries on or I get more pain I will go the walk in or doctors.
