Hi ladies. I was diagnosed with Endo in 2014 after two years of several misdiagnosed procedures (I understand it was the same for a lot of you so I’ll spare the details). After my losing my stillborn... I’ve been blessed with 2 beautiful girls despite endo and I’m eternally grateful. Pregnancy was, as we are told, a temporary relief, and that statement could not be more true. 2 months after my birth to now 9 month old.. you guessed it. It’s back. And worse than ever. I really joined this community because I’m tired of trying to tackle it on my own. The emotions, the anxiety, all the symptoms. I’ve gotten really good at bottling everything up and it’s gotten me no where. Tonight my boyfriend and I had passionate sex and he knows to be gentle. Some days don’t hurt as bad as others (nexplanon and wine are to be credited on these days) so I encouraged him to let loose if you will.. and now here I am... In tears, and unable to explain to him after I just told him to “go nuts” for lack of a better term, that I’m in pain. I don’t even remember having sex that doesn’t hurt. I’m just tired of not being understood :/

I completely understand. Last night we had sex for the first time in a while and it was uncomfortable and really not enjoyable. We learnt over the years to focus on the foreplay and oral as this is better.

I’ve been on zoladex for 13months and before that the pain during and after became unbearable. Try talking to him, tell him what stuff might be enjoyable but less painful for you. Hope this helps a little, but always remember you are not alone xx

Even just hearing someone say they completely understand is helpful! I’ve been hearing about a few medications but haven’t heard of zoladex until now. When you have the time I’d love to know more about your experience with it!

Thank you ♥️
