Hi I'm new to this group looking for some advice. As long as I can remember I've always had problems starting with heavy periods, fast forward and I had a dermoid cyst removed from my ovary 10 years ago after having my daughter the previous year. After on going pain I was sent back to gyney who said I had pcos. 2 years ago I was sent back again to be told i had a fibroid but It was to small to cause any symptoms and that it was ibs was told it was probably ibs and scar tissue. So after regular checks due to pain, having sciatica and ending up in hospital with a suspected kidney stone they found out i had another dermoid cyst on my opposite ovary at 1.5cm just had a womb abolation to ease the heavy flow went back for another scan and 6 months after previous scan cyst has grown to 3cm and another has shown up on the other at 1.5cm. It causes me anxiety, difficulty sleeping I currently walk on a stick as my leg has a tendency to go from under me when pain strikes, in pain daily on zapain, gabapentin, try ibuprofen but can't take long as of asthma and stomach ache, take stuff for ibs and anxiety. Could this be endo the doc in gyney said it might be but I'm at my wits end I've got 3 children one who is 5 and it's worrying me as I thought dermoid cysts where meant to be slow growing about a ml a year not the rate there going on top of that I'm currently at university which is killing me to tired to work got to do it anyway had to give up my part time job as a result please any advice or suggestions would be appeciated
