Hi Meera,

Yes, bloating is a very common symptom of endo, unfortunately. You could try adjusting your diet to alleviate it - cutting out or reducing your intake of wheat/gluten, dairy, red meat, caffeine, and alcohol might help you. Basically, anything that can cause inflammation in the body will likely make your endo flare and cause bloating. It's a trial and error thing though, what works for some won't necessarily work for others. For example, I have more issues with too much gluten, but not as many with dairy (as long as its lactose free). For some, it might just be a case of reducing how much you have, for others, things will need to be completely cut out. Don't try cutting it all out at the same time though, you could cause yourself more problems by doing that, try cutting one thing at a time for a few weeks, then reintroduce it slowly and see what effect it has on your body.

Most importantly, listen to what your body is telling you, it'll tell you when it's not happy with something.

Hope this helps and you feel better soon.

Xxx
