Endo and PIP

Hi,

has anyone on here ever filled out a PIP form for their endo? After my recent laparoscopy they discovered that my endo has spread rapidly and surgeon suggested doing a PIP form but I don't even know where to begin (I have the form already)

My mum was signed off sick and received benefits due to her endo.. I’m still working but worried that it may come to that for myself. Hope you go on ok, keep us posted x
