Currently waiting on a diagnostic lap for endo and doctors strongly believe I have it. I used cbd oil via vape (as I used to smoke a few years ago and switched to vape, and heard the cbd oil tastes really bad and saw it being sold in my local vape shop)

At first I didn't notice any difference but then I went up to a higher percentage and have only been taking it past few days so I'm still trialing it but I've noticed the following:

Really helps with my sleep even when I'm in a lot of pain.

Really relaxes me, I feel like I have a calmer and more stress free day/evening when I've had a little

I find it takes a slight edge off the pain that I get even when I take my cocktail of multiple pain killers, but I'm not sure if that's just because I feel calmer/it's a placebo effect.

I recommend you just try it, and see how it goes for you (: hope this helps x

Strength wise I think it's different for the cbd oil and vapour juice. However I use the born cannabidiol co. Cbd e-liquid in Millie (vanilla flavour) it contains 300mg of pure cbd oil in a 30ml bottle (no nicotine what so ever) and you can get it in evapo online shop.

I get horrendous pain, currently on metafetic acid, codine and amytriptylin along side OTC paracetamol. My pain is at its worst during ovulation and a week before my period and during my period. I have several days a month when I can't do anything, but most days I still go to work, uni etc. Sex is very painful for me, as well as urinating and bowl moments depending where I am during my cycle. Fatigue is probably my worst symptom as that effects me all the time even on my good days. This has been going on every month for nearly two years now, tried lots of different pain killers and contraceptives and nothings worked. I do find yoga and aromatherapy really effective in managing my pain/stress levels. And seeing as I work in lush (the bath bomb cosmetic shop) I always treat myself to nice bath bombs/smellies to relax in most days as I find warm baths also help.
