Zoladex implant

My gynae has prescribed me zoladex for 6 months and I’m wondering if people can tell me your experiences with it.

Did it work?

Has your endo return?

Side effects?

Can it cause infertility?

I was put on zoladex years ago and it worked wonders for me, I was able to do things I'd never been able to do before I had a normal life no sick days from work I was able to run around with my 2 year old honestly it was amazing I had no side effects, no problems with fertility either as I went in to have 2 more babies years later, the thing is people react differently to different medications you may be the complete opposite to how I was but my advice would be to give it a try, if it doesn't work then there lots of different medications out there ul find something that works for you but you have to give them a chance u have to follow ur doctors instructions, they don't always wrk straight away it may take a good 12 weeks or longer before you see anything happening so be patient n stick it out for the 6 months, good luck x

Yeah I’m definitely going to try it and my gynae has given me tablets for hot flushes if I get them.

My main concern now is I’m due to have ultrasound cavitation on my stomach and I don’t know if zoladex contradicts with this or not xxxxx
