Hi everyone, just an update

My periods have come back worse than ever. Heavier bleeding, more sickness, more diarrhoea and more emotions. I’m really stuck and don’t know where to go anymore. I seem to have run out of options on where to go, who to speak to, what to take..I feel so sick everyday, and I just have to ignore it. I just feel so weak and poorly.

Hello. I am so sorry you are feeling this way. I am too, today. Just about managed to make it through work without crying today, due to the pain, heaviness and nausea. Curled up in bed when I got home and sobbed. Trying to build up my iron levels to lessen the fatigue. Plain things like crackers or tortilla bread help with some of my nausea, and the smell of oranges. x

Hi Emcoll,

Know this is a bit late from when you posted but your post could have been written by me, I’m getting exact same symptoms at the moment and each month they just get worse and worse. I’m in pain everyday with my period just a million times worse. Are you with an endo specialist or waiting for a lap? Xx

Hiya. I’m with a gynaecologist, I had my first op last year but I’m now stuck xx
