I'm sorry you weren't able to speak to one of our Helpline volunteers on Monday. Sometimes the Helpline gets very busy, so you may have just been unlucky in not connecting. Please do try again, the Helpline is open this afternoon from 1-3, so you may have time to speak to someone now. If not, then check out the opening hours on our website and please do keep trying.
