Inguinal Endometriosis

Does anyone have this? I think I do but I am not diagnosed. Total agonising lump in the inguinal area during period, which then completely disappears?

Hi Jemsmum , I think I have this too! I have a collection of lumps in my groin area (some larger than a brazil nut and some more pea sized in shape). They are always there (and have been for two years) but swell and become very painful during my period.

My consultant was meant to investigate them during my lap in April this year but forgot... It's taken me a long time to get any progress since.

I had an MRI a few weeks and, frustratingly, found out yesterday that they didn't show up on the images. My gynae consultant has now referred me to the general surgery team for a biopsy.

I've never really come across anyone else who might have a similar problem, so it would be great to know if you're having similar investigations and what your experience has been? My gynae is great but he doesn't seem to know what the lumps could be!
