Coil in a year. Back to square one

I've had coil in a year after been diagnosed with endo in back of my womb and pouch of Douglas. My periods while on the coil have been regular and are getting worse and the pain is back to how it was. I went back to the hosp today.they are investigating my bowel think it's related. And they want me to take pill as well as coil. Will thus help? Also why won't they do hysterectomy. I'm 40 no more kids needed. And I'm in agony. And nothing has worked.
