Endometriosis pain on ovaries during period without cysts anyone experience this ?

Hi girls i got my period in the first day i suffered from pain but it wasn’t endometriosis pain

Because endo pain is unique for me

But at the third day of my period i got endometriosis pain on my ovaries i have cyst on one of my ovary but the other one it has not

I am afraid I developed new cyst 😭😭😭

I will go to the doctor mabye after days

Anyone experiences this withou cyst ?
