Where to go next

It's now been 9 months since my lap and my symptoms haven't got any better at all. Since coming off the pill, my periods are even more crippling and the tranexamic acid isn't touching them, just making me feel really sick. From like ovulation day until the last day of my period, I'm in pain and I just have no idea where to go next.

I've been at the doctors loads recently about the trans acid, a swollen labia and the IBS diagnosis I was given, but I want to start pushing for something to be done as it's not normal to bleed so heavily, be in so much pain and have them insist nothing is wrong.

But I don't even know how to go about it. I don't want them to feel like I'm pushing for something to be wrong but I just want answers. Would an MRI be worth it as it could be adenomyosis? I just don't have it in me to keep pushing for them to find nothing again, but hoping if I'm off the pill, then it might cause something to be visible (and hopeful they won't insist I go back on it)!
