Hello everyone, I've just finished my first week of the 12 week plan. I found it really hard and I've felt hungry every day. But I was eating way, way too much and so I knew that would happen.
I have a 9 month old baby girl and I have not lost any of the pregnancy weight at all. Since going back to work I have actually gained more as well. I am a waitress and work long shifts on my feet but I am always so hungry and could easily eat a full meal 6 times a day (and used to).
My husband, family and colleagues all know about my 12 week plan and are supporting me. I've lost 2lb this week, but I've got a long long way to go. I need to lose 2.5 stone, so wish me luck everybody!
