So I got diagnosed with Endo in September and tried a few things to settle it but nothing as worked. Not had a period now for over year and half but recently I keep bleeding like on and off very light and just for a hour or two at a time or if I go out walking I’ll get home and I’m bleeding again. Is this normal with endo or would you bring it up at my next appointment.
Sorry for tmi

Sounds like light spotting since you've not had a period in so long your body while eventually force one if you're constantly taking the pill or on contraception. The movement of walking will be contracting muscles releasing the blood. But I'd still bring it up to make sure everything is ok x
I get this when I walk- it’s heavier when I go for a run. I take the pill three packs back to back so would fit in with Emskys reply. Always worth mentioning anything new though. Sometimes I call my doctor with little things I want to check out!
I mentioned it at my last appointment and it’s like you said a break through so how I have 3 months then a weeks break then another 3 months then a break and see how I go from there. Thanks you x
Best way to do it as my doc said you can't let the lining of the uterus get too thick that'll probably be why your body was forcing one I don't get any spotting with taking my pill in packs of three I got in for my surgery on 16/08 so hopefully it'll help me x
