Hi, I read a lot about Endo diet. Was wondering if there is any sports or activity you can recommend that helps you cope with Endometriosis pain and side effects.

I really like yoga - I guess it may not be for everyone depending on your pain and symptoms but I find it really relaxing and the stretching seems to help relieve tension I get from pain.

I also run which is a great way to clear my head and swim. Pilates is OK at certain time of the month too :) I tthink anything that relaxes you and makes you feel good about yourself is a good start xx

Yoga really helps me too, the stretches are amazing especially if you can do some focused on your hip flexors. YouTube is great for starting out if you don’t want to book a class right away.

I do bits of running but when my feet hitting the floor sometimes hurts my stomach so I swap it out for cycling. I also enjoy going and doing some weights at the gym - maybe once or twice a week going through the different machines. Not sure if its physical or physchological but afterwards I feel like I’m building up strength against the pains when Ive exercised.
