I’ve been back to see my GP because my op hasn’t really worked last time, just been advised by the doctor that they didn’t removed any endo because it’s attached to my bowel and they may damage my bowel so they fitted the coil to help, this hasn’t helped at all, hence why I’ve gone back to get referred back to the specialist, which they told me to do if no change.
What can they possibly do now? Especially with it been attached to my bowel?

You need to be seen at a bsge accredited centre - it's in the NICE guidelines. They have highly skilled endo specialists who carry out excision surgery and have bowel surgeons on the team who can remove bowel endo. I had quite extensive bowel endo removed by a team at one of these centres.
Either of them can do it, so whichever you can see most quickly. Might be a good idea to take a copy of the NICE guidelines plus the name of the consultant and the hospital you want to be referred to with you as not all GP's are as clued up on this as they should be, unfortunately. Best of luck. x.
