Can I ask if anyone has had metronidazole for a virginal discharge I am 58 and I have spotting for the past week the doctor gave me these to help settle things down but so far after 3 days I am bleeding I have these before and the bleeding stopped I have no periods since 2011 and for the past few months I get these bleeding and spotting but nothing like a full on period I have been referred to the hospital time after time tests and each time they come back clear all the say is my womb lining is still very thick for a women that has been through the menopause I am getting a bit worried why this keeps happening I do have got fibroids as well if anyone has been in the same situation please can you help many thanks
