Can’t cope :(

Really need help in so much pain, can’t cope keep vomiting got severe head ache and bad ache I don’t know what more I can do taking my medication and I’m using water bottles please got to be more I can do I can’t cope right now

So sorry you are in so much pain at the moment have you a bath that can help,try so peppermint tea ( helps relax and soothe)and evening primrose oil(helps with inflammation)hope this may help.Let me know how you get on

Hi Peyton,

I'm really sorry to hear you are having such an awful time at the moment and that you in so much pain and discomfort.

I recommend you go back to your GP/Consultant as soon as you can, and ask for help with your pain or get a referral to a pain clinic.

I don't know if you are aware but here is some information from the Endometriosis UK website about pain relief which may give you some other ideas:
