But my own Dr reckons I have endometriosis. I have been referred to a Gynecologist for further testing. However I have some symptoms and want to see if the rest of you think the same please.

I have very severe abdominal pain especially on the right side

Pain when have sex and after its like a period pain I take

Keep peeing and lately when I pee its also like period pain

have also been told they cant find my right ovary on a recent ultrasound.

Is there anything I should be asking Gynecologist when go?

Hi,

These are all familiar to endo patients.

The endometriosis uk website has a great section on symptoms I remember when I found them I went down the list and went “oh shit! Babe there’s only like 3/4 I don’t have” this was before official diagnosis at that point they had told me it was ibs which I knew deep down was wrong so kept researching.

I hope your gynae is helpful and if they aren’t don’t be afraid to get a second opinion to be sure

Since I wrote that ive been getting treated for Endo and now on waiting list for hysterectomy.

Im on zoledex injections which help pain x
