Eggs 🍳

I’m just wondering if anyone else feels their pain increases after eating eggs. I have been trying to follow the endo diet but still eat eggs from time to time. But when I do I notice a pain flare the following day. Does anyone else experience this? X

Perhaps worth running a food diary for a few weeks to validate your suspicion and rule out any other potential culprits?

I've definitely heard others having issues. They don't seem to with me, though they do seem to slow down my digestive system and bung me up so I can't eat lots of them.

I think this is what I’ll do, thank you! I want to avoid eating things that cause flares if I can identify what causes them. It might just be a coincidence that I’m having a flare of pain today when I had eggs yesterday but possibly not xxx

You may well be right, but nice to not avoid things till you're sure. My biggest trigger turned out to be onions of all things, I'd never have worked it out without a diary as its something that's hidden in other foods.
