Was diagnosed last year after burst appendix,always had painful period but just thought that was the way it is,had lots of scans and MRI over the last nine months since diagnosis.Having really bad flair up at the moment worst I have had,trying co DoCoMo but limited success any other ideas beat does help.

Hiya, I find the one thing that seems to never fail to at the very least take the edge off the pain is deep heat cream, not sure if worth you trying that if the pain is really bad at the moment?

Intend to find caffeine makes mine flair up badly when I'm on, have you tried to figure out triggers that you can avoid?

Thanks Chrysta today better day just finished some peppermint tea which someone recommended,have long thin wrap around hot water bottle which helps a bit..Thanks for your reply much appreciated don't feel so on my own when I can talk to ladies who know what it is like xx
