No pain but drained...endo still?

Had my first period following zoledex 2 weeks ago and had no pain although heavy for 2 out of 8 days which caused other issues but it not mid cycle and so so tired. I’ve just had a 2 hour nap as can’t function (partly due to 2 social commitments and a poorly child) but I’m not usually this tired. I used to get fatigue around period but wondering if this is hormone and endo related? This is to the point I’ve just had to sit down after running the hoover around
