diagnoised 6 years ago with endometriosis and put on GnRH menopause for 6 months injections once a month. did anyone else have this?

hi everyone I was wondering if anyone else has similar symptoms.

my story is diagnosed 6 years ago I had a chocolate cyst on my left ovary from endo, I had a laposcopy to remove the cyst and they found i had it on my bowel also. I was put into a menopausle state for 6 months with injections GnRH hormone injections once a month, after that all was good and I went on mini pill as it is a progestreon only pill which is meant to be better for endometriosis I have the off outbreak of a period and then im in pain, and since it had got worse now as i a always constipated and bloated and dull aches in my belly.

does anybody get:

constipated

blood in stool

stooting pains in rectum

dull aches in and around ovarys

achy leg like sciatica feeling throbbing

hot sweats in the night

blood in urine

tiredness

I have been referred to have another laposcopy so just waiting on the date available.
