endo in a 16 year old HELP

My name is calina bugnitz and I am 16. I have had some symptoms but never really thought they were anything for the past year now. My periods cramps are HORRIBLE. So much I can't even stand. My ovulation is the worst though. I almost went to the hospital because I was in so much pain. Sharp pains in my overies. When I'm ovulation I can't walk. Most importantly when I have sex I also have horrible pain. I've been in a relationship for almost 3 years, and when we do have sex the pain is unbearable. I only last about 20

Seconds at the max until I'm balling my eyes out after. So I've just stuck to not having sex which I'm fine with. I have pain when I pee also. Could this mean I had Endo?
