Endometriosis and adrenal glands

Hey just wondered if anyone has had any experience with endometriosis and their adrenal glands? I got diagnosed with endo 4 years ago and following a laparoscopy that got rid of it all and being on a new pill, that has stopped my periods since just before the op, the docs assume it hasn't or can't come back. I have however recently been experiencing terrible pain in the left side of my back over the last year (different pain to when I had original endo) and it seems that a lesion within my adrenal gland that has just been found maybe causing the pain. So I just wondered if anyone has had any problems with their adrenal glands as well as endo and also if you are likely to get endo in or them too?
