Stage 4 infiltrating endometriosis on bowels, ovaries & uterus

Hi- my wife and I have been trying for children for 2 years with no success (were 33 and 32)- she was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 infiltrating endometriosis on the bowels, ovaries & uterus. She has always accounted the pain and lose stool to IBS and food intolerance. Were currently awaiting the MDT meeting between the gynaecologists and Bowel surgeons to create a plan of action... any one have similar experiences and also know the chances of becoming pregnant post procedures.
