Need some advice please ladies

Hello can anyone recommend any herbal tablets due to surgery I’m now going through the change 😮 I’m a bit snappy at the moment to my poor husband I’m having trouble sleeping at night, one minute I’m hot so put the fan on then within seconds I’m freezing cold and shaking only had everything removed on 1st December 🙁

I’m at the doctors tomorrow having my stitches & back to work check I don’t want to go on HRT

I want to try something more gentle on my body without all the side effects I’ve looked on boots and was thinking about Holland and Barrett I have no clue,
