Two years ago.i haven't had period for 8 months.so,i went to hospital.the doctor decide to make an ultrasound on my pelvic area.the doctor said she saw something during the scan.when the result came out, she showed me the scan result.i was told that my right ovary was bigger that the left one.so they sent me to gynae specialist which i went there for a treatment .at first i was diagnosed with IBS but, there was no any symptoms of IBS.so the doctor set up an appoinment for abdominal ultrasound for me which the radiologist said that i had PCOS.But my T hormone is low and i dont have any problem with facial hair.three months after that, the doctor scan my pelvic again and he said, i had endometriosis so i i went for a laparoscopy but they found nothing.now im still in pain.it much worse than before.can somebody tell me why is this happening?
Need help,please.

PCOS is ovaries, and can be confirmed with an ultrasound either on the stomach or vaginal probe type the latter means they can actually see the ovaries clearer and look for cysts. Docs thought I had that but mine are fine. PCOS is linked to diabetes, so if you have diabetes it may be worth a follow up to check again / further investigation, don't know what that entails.
If there's no endometriosis found by laparoscopy, have they considered fibroids? That can cause pain and problems with periods? I have one that was found with a probe ultrasounds but mines only small about 2cm, and not in a place that can cause pain.
What sort of pain is it? Where is it? Does it come on at certain times of the day / month? Perhaps keep a diary with severity of pain and how you're feeling generally that day, that may help for when you want docs to investigate further
Thanks.but later the doc confirms that i dont have PCOS.so i had no idea about the name of my illness.they also told me that i have a retrovert uterus and maybe it because of endometriosis.so when i went for a laparoscopy, they said they found nothing.but the other doctor said that there is something in my ovary when she touch my pelvic right after the lap
oh no all that information and then confusion even from doctors must be worrying.
are you due for a follow up? or can you see another specialist for a second opinion? specialist can share notes and discuss what was found / happened etc.
