The past hour I have been getting sharp tingling pain from my bladder into my abdomen. It sore to touch too. Really hurt.

It might be a low grade infection. Because your immune system isn't good. Try upping water intake, take stuff for bladder infection, Go to doctors to get urine checked for white cell cast off and take antibiotic. It also could be a UTI if you have had unprotected sex. Good Luck x
