Palpitations and insomnia

Does anyone know why palpitations can be a symptom of adenomyosis?

Also I've read insomnia can be symptoms of endometriosis. I find that prior to ovulation and period, my mind and heart rate are racing at night time, preventing me from sleeping. Does anyone else get this?
