I found this the other day, I think it is the best description I have ever seen. At the moment I feel like something inside is caught, like if you caught your finger on a thorn and can't get it off quick enough, but a million times more painful. It's a similar sensation though. Anyone else agree with this description?

100%! This is pretty much how I described it to my doctor. Or that somebody was pressing down on the inside of my pelvis and burning it but I couldn't reduce the pressure or 'unstick' it.
