Help! Job interview today and I have (TMI) diarrhoea and awful period pains and symptoms! Any advice for how I can cope today?

I have a job interview today late morning and I have (TMI) diarrhoea and awful period pains and symptoms! Any advice for how I can cope today and get to the interview, I'm worried I won't make it! 😔Feeling dreadful!

Immodium for the diarrhoea? Huge sanitary towel (just in case!) Do you have any pocket heat pads? Like the little hand warmers? I find putting one of them in the front of my knickers helps sometimes (oh the weird things we do!). Take pain killers before the journey there? Have you got any opiates? They can help calm bowels down as well. Perfume! In case you get gassy? I really hope you feel better soon, sending you lots of get well vibes and good luck!! xxx

Thanks so much I will try as many of these as possible! I've got immodium and codiene so will try those! The sanitary towel is a great shout! Thanks again for your help!

No problem! If you have a huge handbag, or one big enough, could always have a hot water bottle on your tummy for the journey there? Then empty it out or just put it in your bag whilst the interview is happening? I have heavy duty night time pads that come in handy when something like this happens! And BIG PANTS! Best of luck!
