Hiya yeah I get this every 6-8 weeks and it can last up to 5 days. Keep an eye on it as you may need to mention it to your doctor especially if you can't keep water down. I was referred to a dietician and have been prescribed build up drinks for days I can't keep anything else down. x

Yep, I've started experiencing nausea in the last six months. It's pretty horrible. I tend to keep crystallised ginger around and have a piece when it's bad, but really the nausea is horrible.

Yeah, I also started getting severe nausea to the point of puking in the last four months. It seems to hit within two days of my period starting, either direction. Last month, I had a four day stretch from the day my period started to three days in. Kicks off first thing and lasts most of the day. I've started to stock 7-Up for those days now. It's the only thing I can seem to keep down. I was given cyclizine (sp?) by my doctor, but it only helps if you get it in before you start vomiting. Once you start, it doesn't seem to stop it, just comes back up and it tastes truly awful. 😫
