Pain just stopping

Hi I was wondering if anyone has had something similar happen.

Ive had endo for 5 years now I haave sever pain every month in the same place since then (had a lap and removal 2 to 3 years ago but did not make a difference) recently ive been getting pain on ovulation aswel im at that stage with it where i have to go upto a&e to get morphine to manage the pain and then try to make the morphine last aslong as possible.

My question is im in ovulation at the moment and ive had sever pain and vomiting for the last few hours as I do every flare up and then it just stoped to nothing no pain no sickness.

Im in shock this has never happened before the only relief i get is from morphine. has that happened to anyone else im quite worried now.
