Diaphragm endo

Hi ladies,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me out a little bit with some advice? I was diagnosed with diaphragmatic endometriosis in January and was told by my gynae that this links in with the frequent occurrence of shoulder pain & ache. I was just wondering if anyone else suffers from this and has found a way of easing the pain? It feels to me as though my hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders need to crack and there's a huge ache because they can't crack. I've tried paracetamol, ibuprofen, solpadol, cocodamol, heat rub & heat patches applied to the area and deep freeze rub but nothing is easing this pain! It's just a nightmare because I'm a part time waitress and it's effecting me carrying my heavy drink trays because it feels like my shoulder will give out & then it's affecting me in university because I have to keep moving my arms around to try ease up the pain (which looks ridiculous in a lecture hall)

Thanks ladies, hope you're well xxx
