Hard to say with so little info.

What were your symptoms and what have you had done, for someone to give you this diagnosis? If it is based on a laparoscopy, and it was done by good 'Endo specialists' (preferably at a BSGE Clinic - assuming you are in the UK) then that seems good ...

Except that if you still have pains or problems ... then you presumably need more tests to find out what is the cause.
