Hi guys! Watched a ch4 programme about super foods. It talked about how cherry juice is good for muscle regeneration and rapidly reducing inflammation. So I thought I would give it a go. Daily recommended amount is 1 pint so been drinking it for about 3 weeks.
Today is first day of my menstrual cycle and I'm usually in severe pain but it's a little more manageable today so worth a try!

I'm normally in a moderate amount of pain for about 2 weeks after my period and looking to see how the cherry juice affects this. Does it speed up healing? Woke up on 2nd day, no painkillers and feeling fine. Would normally still need mefenamic acid and Solpadol to get through.
