Here we go again

So fed up. I'm due to start my period in a couple of days and I feel so ill. Does anyone else get terrible dizziness? I only get it around ovulation and my period but it scares me half to death. I just feel so off balance, like I'm on a very small boat in very choppy waters. It's hard to explain, I just don't feel right. If anyone else gets the dizzies I'd like to hear how you deal with it please. Thank you
