I suffer from cyclical pains which starts before the onset of menstruation, subsides when the menstrual blood begins to flow and worsens between days 7-13 of my menstrual cycle. I take Mefenamic acid when the pains become severe.

Hi,

That sounds like your ovaries and ovulation pain.

Is it sharp in the groin area,or more of all over?
