Yeah it seems my body is refusing to go to sleep before 6am these days. Its a vicious cycle of not sleeping then being shattered all day . We will all find Tigger again - one way or another!

thanks Rose, I posted it on facebook yesterday and one of my friends messaged me cause she has been to GP about endo so I told her all the advice I've picked up on this site. Where abouts in Australia? I lived in Brisbane for a couple of years, loved my time over there, especailly how friendly you guys are. I still say 'how you going?' now but the Brits look at me strange when I say it.
