Hi all well my down week has just got worse, had bloods on Monday as feeling tired, temps amongst other and it came back with over active thyroid so more medication and hospital visits on top of endo , had enough now, and to top it all I did my back in yesterday after falling when I went dizzy and my long awaited specialist appointment at endo centre is tomorrow , I will get there even if I crawl there! Sorry to moan but it gets too much sometimes, has anyone else had a thyroid issue alongside endo wondered if could be connected?
Thanks for reading and letting me rant xxxx

Hi I know how you feel. I had a TAH, BSO and excision 3rd March. Was diagnosed with a under active thyroid last week then yesterday found out I have 3 herniated discs at the bottom of my spine which is severely comprising the nerves. It just never ends.
I think thyroid problems are very typical with endometriosis. I have had nodules in my thyroid for some 6 years now, but lately they have grown so big that I feel like they are pushing on my throat. I have to have hysterectomy first and after I recover I have to take my thyroid out as well. A lot of operations in front of me. Hopefully you can manage your condition with tablets. Good luck.
Sorry to hear you have a lot of issues too, it does feel like endo links on to many things, feeling very nervous with my specialist appointment today but glad the wait is over, I just am going in lop sided due to my back!! You have to laugh or I'd be constantly crying! X
I am quite sure I have had endometriosis for over 20 years as have always had the symptoms but was only diagnosed last year.
I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid 9 years ago, eventually I had radio active iodine treatment and now for the last 6 years my thyroid had been underactive.
Autoimmune disorders are often linked, over the past year I have also managed to develop serious food allergies. The Dr's think this is also linked.
Sometimes it's no fun! I do think why can't I just have one of these problems, just one would be annoying on its own. Don't be sorry for moaning, it's good for you, better out then in!
Sometimes I feel like such a mess I just have to laugh! you won't feel this bad forever and the good thing about being overactive rather than under (if there is a good thing, I found the symptoms way worse being over than under) you will get to see an endocrinologist, mine was fantastic. Obviously they know much more about thyroid issues than your GP so hopefully they will help you fairy quickly.
