I had very light bleed in the month of March not more than 20mls in 3 days. No period in the month of April. Pregnancy test negative.

I have never missed a period .Always on time a full 5-10days heavy and painful. Doctors said I have endometriosis . I am 36 , what does this mean? I have been ttc for 10years. 😢
