Struggling with gluten post lap

Hi had my lap 18 Dec to have endo lasered since then been struggling to digest any gluten pasta wheat etc anyone had this

Was ok prior to lap don't know if still healing from op or developed some type of intolerance thank

I have been exactly the same! I have also felt sick every single day since the lap!! I had blood tests which came back ok, but going to go back to the doctors to see if I can find out what is causing this! It does seem to be every time I have gluten or dairy! Xx

I think it's because gluton is quite hard for the body to digest and process and when your body is trying to concentrate on getting better, It seems to become harder to digest the things that you once were able to easily. I heavily cut down on gluton and dairy about 2 years ago to try help myself and found it made a huge difference. it's hard at first, especially having an Italian hubby who ate pasta loads, but he too cut down with me and also feels the benefit from it. Try cutting it out for the time being and re-introduce things slowly when you are fighting fit x

Yes that's great advice I have reduced a lot but find it is difficult to not have any abdominal discomfort after eating bread etc

Hopefully once fully recovered won't be as bad ! X
