Why do my knees / legs ache?

Don't know if anyone else experiences this, but my legs ache and almost feel heavy as though someone has filled them with sand bags.

And my knees ache, especially when I have them bent for too long and haven't moved in a while.

I'm only 27, and I feel like my body thinks it is older! I had a lap in January to remove endometriomas, endo and I had the mirena coil fitted. I have been spotting / bleeding ever since. So I first thought I could be anemic.

But blood test say I'm not.

Other symptoms, my hair is falling out, it isn't huge amounts but more than I am used too. Also my nails have always been strong, but recently they snap, or get splits in the middle of the nail. And my body just aches.

I don't know what to do, my GP was useless, and just wanted to give me sleeping pills. And now the blood tests show nothing I don't know where else to turn. So any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Hun google side effects for the coil.. I had a terrible time with mine and side effects, I had to have it out in the end xxxx
