Diagnosed with mild to moderate endo

I have been diagnosed with endo does anyone else get actual swelling of the vagina. I had my right ovary suctioned and irrigated which relieved my stabbing pain but still having lots of inflammation and first period after my lap was horrible. Feeling deflated bc my body aches nauseau and fatigue no improvement at all but I didn't go to an endo specialist. My ob gyn just said that I had mild to moderate endo and he wasn't further investigating.
